Smart mode folds the cirBTC dip and the Fear & Greed index into one bounded multiplier: the agent proposes the number, code clamps it to [0.5×, your max]. The tiers below are computed from that same formula at sensitivity 1 — the large number is the dip acting alone, and the line under it is what today's Fear & Greed turns it into (extreme fear adds on top, extreme greed subtracts). During the cirBTC route outage there's no live cirBTC price, so the dip reads n/a and Fear & Greed carries the signal on its own.
